All service and support personnel undergo rigorous internal training utilizing state-of-the art teaching aids to perfect each individual’s skills. Technical Field Services are available 7 days a week, including holidays.

In addition to dispatching service calls through a computerized phone system, all service personnel maintain an on-board set of high usage parts to insure maximum productivity. That effectiveness is further enhanced by our service tracking system which compiles countless bits of information about our customer’s hardware and software. The system directs us quickly to solutions often before the customer becomes aware of the problem.  

Our support staff is reinforced by substantial investments in training on new technologies, innovations, trends and manufacturers updates. Each new database is designed and customized for each client after completing a survey, and analyzing his business requirements.
