PRIVACY POLICY
How Microsan handles information.
This policy describes information collected through Microsan websites, transactional messaging, support, ordering, and payment-link services.
Last updated: September 26, 2026
Information we collect
Microsan Corporation may collect information you provide directly, including your name, business, email address, telephone or mobile number, support request, order details, payment-request identifiers, and communications with us. Our websites may also record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, access time, referring page, and security or diagnostic events.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, provide support, prepare and fulfill orders, operate restaurant-technology services, generate requested payment links, report payment or order status, secure and troubleshoot our systems, document consent, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.
SMS messaging and mobile information
When you provide affirmative SMS consent, Microsan may send requested payment links, payment status updates, and online order status updates. Message frequency varies based on your orders and payment requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Microsan may use communications and hosting providers solely to transmit and operate requested messages. Those providers receive only the information needed to perform services for Microsan and may not use SMS opt-in data for their own marketing.
Payment information
Microsan payment links direct customers to secured payment services. Do not send card numbers, security codes, bank credentials, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by SMS or through general website contact forms. Microsan’s public website does not intentionally collect raw payment-card data.
How information is disclosed
Microsan may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf, to the customer or restaurant connected with a requested transaction, when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not disclose SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing or promotional use.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, operational records, consent and opt-out documentation, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may decline SMS consent and continue using Microsan services. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP, call 631.244.9200, or email support@microsli.com. You may also contact us to request correction or deletion of information, subject to records we must retain.
